Delivery

All orders received prior to 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped that day.

Orders received after 1pm, over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery in Australia

Items are sent using Australia Post Express Post.
We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for next day delivery in Australia for most of our products. Some of our heavier or larger packaged products like our gorgeous handbags, Minu lamps, HandySitt chairs and accessories, Aden + Anais products, some Kiss Kiss Hug Hug and Serena and Lily products and indeed multiple product purchases will attract a flat rate of $14.50 and will take 2-5 days for delivery (to keep shipping costs down).

International Delivery

We are proud to deliver our products world wide using Australia Post.
For most of our products we charge a flat rate of $20 for international delivery.  Some of our heavier or larger packaged products like our gorgeous handbags, Minu lamps, HandySitt chairs and accessories, Aden + Anais products, some Kiss Kiss Hug Hug and Serena and Lily products and indeed multiple product purchases will attract a $55 shipping fee.
Please allow up to seven business days for delivery. In most cases, it will be a much shorter time.

FREE Gift Wrapping

Our philosophy is every item purchased from My Brood is a gift! I hope you enjoy the special attention we give each and every order.

If you are purchasing a gift for someone else we will give it extra special attention including a handwritten gift tag with your personal message. Just leave the message in the comments area at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or store credit any unopened goods within fourteen (14) days of purchase for Australian customers and twenty one days (21) for international customers, provided we receive the goods in original condition and packaging. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.

Exchanges

If you change your mind about a product’s colour or size we will happily exchange it for you within fourteen (14) days of purchase for Australian customers and twenty one days (21) for international customers provided we receive the goods in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges will be approved at our discretion and we will refund your postage to return the original item and post out your new size or colour to you for FREE. So you only ever pay postage once.

We are very friendly and flexible and understand the need to try clothes on at home so please don't be afraid to return or exchange or to contact us if you are at all worried about a purchase.

Damaged Goods

If you believe your goods are damaged in any way on arrival, please contact us immediately via emailinfo@mybrood.com.au

Please return the goods within seven (7) days in original packaging for a refund, store credit or exchange.
