Payment methods

We ship our products to customers all over the world so for your convenience please use our Currency Selector to view items in your own currency. The Currency Selector is linked to the World Bank and uses the current day exchange rates. Please note all payments are made in Australian dollars.

For instant payment and processing, we accept Visa, Mastercard using Eway Payment Processing through Secure Socket Lay (SSL) or you can pay via direct deposit.

Please note that your item will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

Customer Service

At My Brood we pride ourselves on our customer service and take extra care when packaging your goods. All items are thoroughly checked before they leave the store and are only dispatched if they are in perfect condition.

However, accidents can happen so please read through our returns,exchanges and damaged goods policies.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or store credit any unopened goods within fourteen (14) days of purchase for Australian customers and twenty one days (21) for international customers, provided we receive the goods in original condition and packaging. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.

Exchanges

If you change your mind about a product’s colour or size we will happily exchange it for you within fourteen (14) days of purchase for Australian customers and twenty one days (21) for international customers provided we receive the goods in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges will be approved at our discretion and we will refund your postage to return the original item and post out your new size or colour to you for FREE. So you only ever pay postage once.

We are very friendly and flexible and understand the need to try clothes on at home so please don't be afraid to return or exchange or to contact us if you are at all worried about a purchase.

Damaged Goods

If you believe your goods are damaged in any way on arrival, please contact us immediately via email info@mybrood.com.au

Please return the goods within seven (7) days in original packaging for a refund, store credit or exchange.
